Fifteenth Day

Yeayy ... today is an internship holiday. But that doesn't mean it's time to have fun. Today we have a separate agenda that is invited by the teacher and friends from TBC to take a walk to Ko-Kret. Ko kret is a cute island in the middle of the Chao Phraya River in Nonthaburi Province,
on this island there is an Otop village which is the center of the craftsmen of beautiful and unique souvenirs sold in Bangkok. Here we can rent a bicycle to surround the island. Passing the market to people's homes. We also stopped by buying a unique drink made from beautiful pottery. What we can bring home as a memento. I chose doraemon-shaped pottery. The price is quite cheap. After that we also had time to visit the pottery making site. And can try to make it directly. Fun is not it. 😁

After walking down the island we arrived at a river. And we cross into a settlement village of Muslims using a boat. Oh how nice it was when I got there to coincide with the Dhuhr call to prayer. It feels longing for too long not to hear the beautiful call of prayer. We also have lunch first. After that, they pray in the mosque. And even more so after the call to prayer echoed, takbir was also sung because it was still the atmosphere of Idhul Adha. It felt like the whole body shuddered to hear it. But I am very happy to find a brother in faith here.

After worshiping, we returned to the island before. And cycling goes back through the market while shopping and seeing the uniqueness of the goods produced by the Mons tribe. After that we go home. Because of the sudden heavy rain.
